I use DOSBox 0.74 in Win7 x64.
I try to play Dark Sun Shattered Lands and when I leave the slavepens to enter the sewers I get the following error: Can't load game data in load teleport. What is it and what can I do about it?

Are you using a legitimate copy of the game, or something you downloaded from somewhere?

I got it from oldgames.sk. cd-version.

Then there is no way of knowing if this is a problem with DOSBox or if there is something wrong with the version you downloaded.

You are probably better off asking at the site where you downloaded the game from.
