Im no pc expert, but i followed some guides, and managed to get to the folder with dosbox. I downloaded dosbox 0.74 win 32, and simcity 2000, i called the folder for dos-games for oldgames. So i managed to get "c:\oldgames>" up, but after that i only get ilegal commands when i try to launch the actual game, its only one command away from playing, so i would really be happy for some help.

Nevermind, i actally managed to make it 😀
Im a noob when it comes to commands, but i got it to work, yai!

On the other hand, i do want fullscreen, or bigger screen, how do i do that?
