Can't recall when I was little. But by checking on google, there seems to be a little gap between them
Thanks

It is a mistake to think you can solve any major problems just with potatoes.

Like typing MM in DOSBox, the second M is sticked to the first M with no gaps.

Oh. Why didn't you say that earlier? When you started with "Can't recall when I was little" I thought maybe it had to do with some traumatic event that you repressed.

I challenge anyone when first reading the title of this thread to not have the exact same reaction, even before seeing your post. I take it that this actually a question about kerning. If this is a monospaced font, it uses the same horizontal space for each letter, regardless of the width of the character itself. Two "M"s side by side may seem closer together than they would with a proportional font with proper kerning.

Use machine=vgaonly (enables 9-pixel-wide character cells). Or in certain builds such as SVN-Daum, try the "char9" config setting.

Believe me or not, but I understood his question from the first go. Sadly I don't have the solution to it, other than suggest checking his settings for fonts/display or something like that.

But his questions sure seem weird sometimes. 😁

As rare as it is, this time I did correctly assume what he was writing about. But decided not to care when it is again presented as annoyingly 😉

Try changing the keyboardlayout setting. Bizarrely, it seems to also change the font.
