I downloaded Castle of the Winds from My Abandonware Games.
Link here (edit by Dominus - removed abandonware link)
I have a Internet friend who knows a lot about emulators but he's European and because of the laws of there he would not give me a file. I have seen this YouTube to video of how to boot the game. Link here

Simple: Castle of the Winds is not a DOS game. It requires Windows.

This. It's DOSbox people, NOT Winbox. Get it right. 🤣

First of all, we do not support abandonware here. Since the games are available for free, I'll let it slide, though.

Second, yes, they are Windows games. You cannot run those directly in DOSBox. You can install Windows 3.x in Dosbox and run them in that, though

You have to buy Windows 3.x on ebay or something like that. Sometimes copies can be found at the salvation army and similar 😉
Windows 3.x is NOT freeware
