I'm attempting to run Dragonsphere on my windows xp system using DOSBOX 0.61... I have created a platform for it in C and its happy with this. I enter the command to run, it thinks about it for a bit. Then says it has a problem with frame-skipping and the memory available is smaller than the manual says it needs, which is ridiculous given my computers configuration. Any ideas how i can tell it it has more memory available? Thanks. Kate

Kate, I think you have to clarify a couple of points...

What does this mean? Did you compile and install DOSBox yourself? Or is this Dragonsphere written in C?

What command do you enter? What is the "it"? DOSBox or Dragonsphere? Which manual?

I guess she means that she installed the game and mounted it to DOSBOX 😀 .
Then she started the game and it complained about not having enough memory and frame skipping (?). I do not know the game so I cannot tell more details.
As for DOSBOX memory: check the line "memsize=16" in DOSBOX.CONF. This is memory size emulated in DOSBOX. Specify higher value (I think DOSBOX allows up to 64 MB)
