I have a small problem regarding automatically minimized windows when playing anything with VDMS.

For example if I have a MSN messenger Conversation window open when playing the game, whenever a new message appears in the Conversation window, the game would minimized itself.

Is there a way to solve this?

Well, you could try to tell Messenger to stop sticking itself as the active window whenever something happens... if that is possible, that is. As soon as MSN steals your active window focus, the DOS window appears minimized.
