I am running on the S3 emulated card.
However,
fullresolution=desktop
windowresolution=1024x768

The fonts are jagged.
I tried to turn on aspect ratio to no avail
If I use original, it has no problem, also when maximizing the window to desktop fullscreen mode
I'd like to have nice looking fonts when using a larger resolution than "original" on startup, say 1024x768
Any ideas?

1024 isn't really a multiple of 720 (or 640 if char9 is off), so of course they'll be jagged. Changing output and using scalers are your friend.

I always eager to tweak and make it become a fully extended window when starting up, but I can't....

The funny thing is when I start up with the original resolution. Then expand the window fully.
The fonts are no longer jagged.
But The thing I want is to, say start dosbox maximized in windowed mode without jagged fonts.
