Hi,
Recently I bought
GK 1 and GK 2 from GOG.COM.
Its graphics looks really weird.I try googling it and i go to dosbox.conf file or which has all config file for dosbox.Please help me how i get best or high graphics by changing these config.

My specs are
Win 7,
Intel gma 4500m,
2 gb ram,
intel core 2 duo 2.20 ghz

compaq 420

I love GOG.com and purchase a ton of games. If you have issues with their products I recommend you use the GOG.com support section.

Also this is the wrong thread. It's for getting old games going on real DOS computers 😀

This question brings a déjà vu sensation... I remember not so long ago someone asked why this game looks weird, and when seen the screenshot, there was nothing wrong with it, and it was he who had forgotten how it actually looked when he first played it.

Your case might be different though. Can you post a screenshot of how it exactly looks in your system? It's difficult to check what is "weird" without seeing the screenshot.

So it was more about the user recalling how it had looked than looking different? Interesting....I agree, hard to determine without the screenshot.

Well GOG.com has a habit of poorly configuring their games. They usually don't have aspect ratio set for starers and surface instead of opengl can also do funny things on some machines.

But apart from that GK is a perfect release, you get the full ISO image, burn it and you have the full installation CD ready to be installed in your DOS gaming Time-machine 😀
