Hi there. I wasn't sure if this is the right place to ask this but eh.

I'm trying to get the es1980 soundcard on an old laptop of mine (dell inspiron 8000) working on windows 3.1 but I can't seem to find drivers for it. I have found ms-dos drivers for it so I don't see why there wouldn't be 3.x drivers.

Speaking of drivers and windows 3.1, is there any ati rage 128 drivers for it? I've read somewhere that that card is compatible with mach64 drivers but I haven't tried it yet.

I have the laptop's little cousin here, the Inspiron 4000. The laptop came out in 2001, well past the 3.x era, thus there are no drivers. I'm actually surprised the Maestro 3 has DOS drivers given the time period it was released. Its likely the chip remained compatible with the older Maestro series, so they kept including the DOS drivers.

I know the Rage II series officially used the Mach64 drivers in 3.x, but I don't know if register compatibility was retained with the Rage Pro and 128 series.
