I have installed the game properly with no problems, the movies play smoothly, I have the Cycles variable fixed so that it plays just like it should. But suddenly, after about half an hour of playing, my character starts randomly rolling, jumping etc. by its own, without any key being pressed by me.
What is wrong and how can I fix it?

Well, with that much of information missing, its impossible for anybody to help you out

What is the game name?
Did you bought the game or download it (if you have download it, you will not get help here)
Which DOSBOX version?
OS?
Configuration file?

Sorry, the name of the game is Tomb Raider 1.
Bought it. Ran it in the 0.74, unmodified version of DosBox.
My system is Win7 x64 SP1, Intel Core i5 3570K @ 3.40GHz, 16GB DDR3, Motherboard is P8Z77-V LX, NVIDIA GeForce 9800 GT, HDD 2TB Western Digital.
My config file is almost unchanged except full-screen (on) and cycles (a bit more than 60000, that seemed the most similar to the original game speed).
