Hello,

Great to have the DOSBox solution for running DOS programs under WIndows 7.

I want to use a DOS program developed in Clipper.
In the config.nt file of windows-xp I have to add "files=40" to let the program run.
For this Clipper program I need at least 20 file handles to run smoothly.
Otherwise I get an error message that a file can not be opened.

In DOSBox I get this error message.
What should I add in "dosbox-0.74.conf" to have enough file handles?

There are many, many threads about running Clipper in DOSBox (despite the fact that DOSBox is really only suitable for games).

I think the SVN Daum build should work.
