I found this board,seller says it works fine,yet i see it's missing some kind of memory,there are 2 empty sockets.
I couldn't find any online info about the mb,just that it's some HP OEM Board socket 7 board,so i,m not sure what those sockets are for.
Will it work with those empty sockets?

They are DRAM memory sockets for the onboard ATI graphics chip. Still have two attached, so should work.
