There is no fan for that heatsink. You'll have to get a fan from an old cpu cooler or a casefan.
Almost anything will work but the holes for the newer coolers won't line up so you will have to mod the cooler if you bought one. Instead you can get a bay fan to force air onto the card without any mods or take a P3 era socket 370 cooler and use the fan from it on the 3dfx card.
