Hi Guys,
Can anyone help me to get a datasheet of the voodoo3 video processor.

I have a card that was bend and gave memory corruption, now i reflowed it at work and i see some solder joints near the edge of the bga and do not know if it will break any circuit if i power it.
A datasheet of the cpu would be so nice, maybe anyone has one here?
