Didn't know a single Ram chip would cause that much difference in frames, going from 2 x 64 to 1 x 128......I gotta try that in my SLI Pentium III 600 machine because Quake 2 was only getting 67fps with onboard video and 2 x 12mb Voodoo 2s. Forgot which resolution I was running.

It was only Unreal Gold that had this issue. The other games scaled fine.

But yes at least at 640 x 480 in demo1 you should get a higher FPS (I think). I'll check the exact figure tomorrow as the PIII 600 is next on the list 😀

I'd be interested in seeing a PPro 200 benchmark. Or knowing what program you're using, then I could just hitch up my Voodoo 3 to my PPro 200 and let you know what the results are (no Voodoo 2, though).

Tiremaster400. I get 124 fps at 640 x 480 under the demo1 timedemo with Voodoo 2 SLI.

I've almost finished with Slot 1, just got to wait for a higher clocked Coppermine to arrive from Germany. 900 MHz. I couldn't find any affordable 1 GHz or 1.1 GHz models.
