( \ ) (=) ctrl, alt, shift and other keys not working in DOSBox but are working in Windows 7 Home Premium 64-Bit. I have a Macbook Pro laptop that I installed Windows 7 Home Premium with using Parallels, a program which allows you to use Windows and Mac at the same time. My issue is that these keys are not working in the DOSBox first screen, where it asks me to either use: Ctrl-F8 and F-12 to increase speed, or Ctrl-F1 to activate the keymapper. However I can't do any of these options as some keys are not working in the DOSBox but are working elsewhere such as in Google chrome. Once again, i cannot open the keymapper so I can't change any keyboard options, and also i've tried the on-screen keyboard and i've tried about 100 other options, all to no avail. Please how do I go about to resolve this stressful issue of mine. Thanks in advance.

Are you using Dosbox in Windows running in Parallels running in OS X? There is probably something going missing in between, not to mention that you need to check the readme concerning some keys.
Why not run a Dosbox version for OS X directly?

Dominus - Yes I am running DOSBox in Windows running Parallels running in OS X. And yes I have checked the read me files for the keys and everything like that, but to no avail. Also, the font settings are not being executed in DOSBox even when I change the settings and press OK, it still does not execute, how can I change this as the font size and format is really hurting my eyes.
