hi out there.
i used dosbox in a linux environment. it was very comfortable using the mouse. you can click on the dosbox and on the other areas of linux.
but what about winxp? you have to capture the mouse with ctrl+f10 and release it again with ctrl+f10 for usage in winxp. is there a way to use the mouse in both environments (dosbox & winxp) at the same time?
thanx & regards
torben

format C and install linux 😀
dunno. I though mouse locking worked in windows as well.
It's probably a setting of windows and not of dosbox.

hi. thanx for the answer.
i mean mouselocking works in win. but mouselocking isn´t neccesary in linux, because you can use the mouse in the dosbox and in linux without pressing ctrl+f10. (this is much more convenient when the boss arrives;-)

just found out that my friend used a tool for linux which released the mouse when the mouse-cursor was moved out of the dosbox-window.
does anyone know if there exists such a tool for winxp?

More likely that your using dosbox 0.50 or something in linux since that was removed afterwards
