I am getting alternate black and white lines/stripes with this setting.
Application: Certificate Maker.

The documentation suggests that for Windows you should select "Generic ESC/P 24pin wide" or "Epson SQ 860". You should try to select the equivalent printer in whatever DOS application you're trying to use.

Epson SQ 860 seems to be absent in my setup, I don't think I have Generic ESC/P 24pin wide either.
Are we talking about Generic Printer/Text Only?
