I did. I copied my install of GLquake to the CD, and the CD got scratched even though it was in a CD sleeve.

Well something about it was modified. I can definitely see the conchars font from Team Fortress so i'm very assuming you're using some graphics replacement pack that involves replacing MDLs with MD3s (while using the old extension) or something like that.

I should make a better and longer video one of these days, but do a better job with a tripod and all of that. Also, I should run a line-in to capture the game audio.
What adapter is it? This one by any chance?

Correct. I picked that one mainly because it was powered via USB and did not need a wall wart. Keeps things better contained. The back of that PC is already a mess of wires for video because of the Dual VooDoo 2's connected with a VGA passthrough, and now this VGA to HDMI there as well. Looks messy, but it works well.
