I did all the mounting correct when I enter install it runs a few lines than say installation crash and goes back to dos screen. Here is the interesting thing though I copied all the files from the cd into a folder and ran install from thee and it worked fine but I did not know how to get it to work with out it using the CD . Are there commands I can us to point the game to my cdrom drive so i can play game? Come so far (sigh) Or maybe a way to slow cdrom down i believe it is reading CDrom to fast?

Have windows 7 64 bit home premium
and Dosbox
I removed copied cd so I could try to install from cd I am starting from here:
Mount f C:\dosgames
Mount G E:\ -t cdrom
(E drive is actual cdrom drive letter)

Hope someone responds I was hoping for a blast from the past weekend of WOW2 T/D thanks

OT, but......there's a World of Warcraft 2!?

FYI: I can install Warcraft 2. I did the following (letters changed to match yours):

1. Insert Warcraft 2 disc into optical drive
2. mount C: C:\DOSGAMES\
3. mount D: E:\ -t cdrom
4. D:
5. INSTALL
6. CONTINUE
7. CONTINUE
8. watch the progress bar hit 100%
9. OK
10. OK
11. AUTO SET
12. OK
13. TEST and hear "Your sound card works perfectly"
14. OK
15. AUTO SET
16. OK
17. OK
18. OK
19. War2

WARCRAFT 2!!!!!!!!!!!!

Before playing again, do steps 1-3 and then

4. cd WAR2
5. WAR2

AND IT SHOULD WORK

NOTE: It blackscreens in the SVN Daum build, but not in the official builds. Make sure you run the official v0.74 build to try your game first. SVN builds are not supported.

NOTE 2: Battle.net Edition is not supported - that's a Windows 9X game.
