Is this a special model Tseng Labs ET6000? When i google i get this layout but with 6100 chip only.
Also, can i upgrade the RAM to 4MB on this model?
PCB color looks to me similar to Viewtop (Britek) Voodoo rush. (http://mail.hslogic.cz/vga/image/sbirka/3dfx/viewtop.jpg ) Same holes for vga outs. Card is 2MB, so you can upgrade it to 4MB, but dont know where you gonna get from memory modules.
Havent heard about any special ET6000, for me all of them are special since its so hard to get one in my country.

ET6000 uses MDRAM. Good luck finding that.
I probably wouldn't bother to do that. Any special reason? I'd just use some more common card. ET6000 arrived in 1996 when Tseng's fame was already declining.
There are so many PCI cards available I would not bother with anything tseng PCI
The et4k is a decent isa card but there are many betterpci cards
It probably is a good 2D accelerator but so were most other PCI cards at the time. I don't think that S3 or Matrox cards will be slower. Tseng was king in the ISA era, maybe VLB.
I have a few, they are very fast 2D cards of their time with decent video. They did well in Windows 95.

Mind you, at these prices, searching for a fully populated card would be a slightly better option.. 🤣
