Hello. I use d-fend reloaded with dosbox. I play very old games released with QBasic, it is Nibbles and Gorillas.
I created a .bat file, so i only need to open the .bat, and the game is automatically loaded in QBasic.

But the problem with those QBasic games, is that you need to press Shift+F5 to let the game start.
And it's getting annoying to always need to press these buttons.

So i wonder is there's something i can do (like adding something to my .BAT file, or maybe an option in D-Fend reloaded) ?
