Really to do it via Dosbox?

Games like Dyna Blaster, Crackdown, Lode Runner (Sierra's), Mortal Kombat 1-3, ...

You mean games that allowed 2-player mode on the same computer, to be played via net? I'm pretty sure that this is not possible.

It would be a headache but could probably be done. You would have two identical instances of the game running on two separate-but-linked DOSboxes, so that when Player 1 presses a key, this is virtually 'pressed' on Player 2's game as well, and vice-versa.
