That would entirely depend on the PC that you use - mainly CPU and memory. Win95 is considered to be for the fast 486 or slow to mid-range Pentium class. I don't use Win95 much, but I always use Total Commander V7.x or V8.x for whatever Win OS.
Anyway... you can try Wincmd V3.x - they were released from 1996-98 also in 32-bit version.
