HI!

Just today, i bought a widescreen laptop, with a screen of 1280x768

My idea was to use integer scaling, for example, 1280x720 for 640x480 games (2x - 1.5x)

But dosbox always use some kind of aspect ratio, even if i disable it... like 960x720 instead of 1280x720 or something like this

ddraw or overlay, my laptop is too old to use D3D

Any way to stretch to the resolution i want? any version that do?

Thanks

If your laptop is too old to use Direct3D, chances are

- You really really need to install some drivers
- Your laptop dates prior to 2001 (around the timeframe when competent Radeon/Geforce chips started appearing for laptops)

Is not so old, but D3D is much slower than ddraw or overlay

The gpu is a Intel 852GM, i can do basic opengl and d3d, like playing quake 3 without problem, but the speed difference in dosbox is too much, i cant get any smoth scrolling in d3d compared to overlay, surface or ddraw
