As you can see I am getting an Illegal command when trying to run the EXE file. I'm not a programmer so I have no idea what to do. Sorry about the URL but I figured the large image would not be visually appealing if simply posted.

I tried a different setup and got this result. http://snag.gy/rXaum.jpg
I have my laptop and desktop DOSboxes set up differently hence the change. My Desktop does not have a automatic Mount set in.

If you believe it or not, DOSBox is for Dos games, not Windows games. Also we do not support warez, ask for help where you got it from (arx-fatalis-flt is a sure sign it's a warez package)
