i am just lost in all this all in all, i think its because the program aint pure 64 bit, and codeing to me are just garble so now dosbox wont work on windows 8 64 bit.

DosBox works fine on all versions of Windows from Windows 95 all the way up to 2012R2. Something on your computer is causing the issue

Well, whatever causes it havent happend before and can not be traced.

Are we to assume that you tried resetting your conf file back to defaults?

yeah, they had been set to default many times.

So i cant really find out the problem.

Well, try copying the dosbox files to a new location (c:\dostest)
in there create an empty dosbox.conf
start cmd
go to c:\dostest
and start dosbox and see what happens, which files get created (if any), which contents they have. (version 0.74)

hmm, not really see any files getting made, do i have to copy certain parts and not the whole folder into a new one?

gog.com sells dosbox games so you wouldn't spend a week or more on troubleshooting the application.
