Looking for a good / cheap / available source, like Element14, that sell memory chips for old ISA graphics cards like this one:

A few of my cards use the same capacity chips, some 70 ns, some 80 ns.

Here is an image of what I'm looking for:

I browsed the Element14 site and found this one, which seems to be suitable, but has too many pins. http://au.element14.com/cypress-semiconductor … 8dip/dp/2097986

What should you looking for is "44256", 256x4 bit DIP-20 DRAM modules. The one you found is a SRAM and also physically incompatible.

They are not the cheapest things on earth, though... 😈

Jeeeee that's pricey...

Ok so DRAM and DIP-20, that is of great help!

The other option is I just got to make a choice of which cards to keep / leave memory on and steal the chips from the other cards.
