Since of late I've been having some major problems getting some games to run when using MPU-401 (or General MIDI).
Here's an example from Blood:

The MIDI section of the CONF looks like this:

1mpu401=intelligent
2mididevice=synth
3midiconfig=WeedsGM3.sf2
4mt32.reverse.stereo=off
5mt32.verbose=off
6mt32.thread=off
7mt32.dac=auto
8mt32.reverb.mode=auto
9mt32.reverb.time=5
10mt32.reverb.level=3
11mt32.partials=32

Help!

Original DOSBox doesn't support Fluidsynth.

1. this forum is for original dosbox support ONLY
2. we do sometimes help with other version
3. please label your other version right away to cut some corners
