Just for the sake of curiosity, does anyone know who made this board?

MCT is JDR's house brand - I very seriously doubt they made it themselves. I used to have one that I believe was this very same board - my first "real" computer. Have some very fond memories of that system!

Modulair circuit technology was indeed the house brand from JDR`s.. It also true that they didnt make these components by their self. I know a lot of that stuff where made by Diamond flower Inc.
But this board would be made by a different company.. Maybe made by a less famous company from taiwan as well.
