how to set file options config.nt

DOS=HIGH,UMB
BUFFERS=255
FILES=255

config.nt is for the NTVDM in x86 NT based Windows. This forum is about DOSBox. The config.sys is not configurable without altering the source and rebuilding or to use an unsupported experimental builds.

Sorry for the language.
I use a translator.

I have a program that runs under dos.
To run it on windows xp I had to make settings in config.nt

DOS = HIGH, UMB
BUFFERS = 255
FILES = 255

I run the program by dosbox on windows 7.
But it does not work. I have a set of changes in configu.nt
But I do not know how to set these changes in dosbox
