Where is the EMS line?

I searched for it on the forum but couldn't find anything that address this issue. Actually, there are a fair bit that do but not one of them details a solution procedure.

Where do I change the "NOEMS" line to "RAM"? How do I get games that use EMS to work?

It is a parameter of EMM386.EXE in CONFIG.SYS (DOS, W9x).

In Windows set EMS in properties of the program (right click, chose "Properties" and page "Memory"). Unfortunately there are some PC configurations where it is not possible to get EMS in WXP.
