Thanks Phil! I really love these DOSBox tweak guides of yours. PC Gamer actually had an article on how to run Tomb Raider 1 with 4K resolution. I bet that if you use something like DSR/VSR and force AF 8x & SSAA the game will look fantastic. Worth a try perhaps? I don't quite have the graphical processing power to do that.

Yup, SDR also works with nGlide and DOSBox (tried it with opengl) 😀

How awesome for GOG.com to release Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade. It's one of my absolute favourite DOS adventure games as I played it extensively when I was a teenager.

This is a review of the Sound Blaster X-Fi MB3, which is software that adds many of the features that Creative sound cards are well known for. Technologies such as SBX Pro Studio, Crystalizer, Surround, Bass, Dialog Plus, Smart Volume, EAX Advanced HD, ALchemy are included.
I used to have a Sound Blaster Z in my desktop, but had to remove it because I needed the PCIe slot for a capture card. Sound Blaster X-Fi MB3 gives me all the features I was used to for a decent price of just USD 30 and without using a PCIe slot.
Sound Blaster X-Fi MB3 is great for gamers as it improves current games as well as older games, that use EAX from the Windows XP era.

Positional surround sound with headphones in Battlefield 4
Might not be super relevant to Vogons, but this can be applied to many games, especially older games through ALchemy to give you positional surround sound over headphones 😀
In this video I am showing you how to configure Creative sound cards using SBX Pro Studio technology to output positional surround sound with headphones in Battlefield 4.
This will give you an edge in games, being able to hear where enemies are located. The video features around 40 minutes of gameplay as well.

I was wondering if you could do a follow-up of the Roland video. Since it has become difficult to almost impossible to find the MPU-401 cards (including the clones), I've read that people now resort to using Yamaha YMF718 cards together with SoftMPU. Since I don't have an MT-32 or SC-55 I'd like to see someone test this out and show how it works (if it even works). I think it's reasonable to assume that you have at least one Yamaha ISA sound card in your collection. Could you try this out and demonstrate it in a video please?
I would also like to suggest that you do a video on power supplies for retro computers. There's a lot of snake-oil on the internet and I think you putting a video on YouTube will just set the record straight.
