I am using VDM with Dark Forces, and no matter what settings I use, I can't seem to stop the video and MIDI music from "stuttering". If I decrease CPU usage in the Performance tab under properties, the sound (people talking) speeds way up ahead of the video. Also the MIDI background music will randomly speed up and slow down. I experiment with all these settings, such as EMS memory, VESA support, cap DOS timer frequency, and am not sure what they do. Suggestions? Is there a magic formula to the settings I have not yet discovered? HELP ME PLEASE!! 😖
