Hi

This is my first posting on here.

I've been looking on networking posts to get a mounted shared server or internet access for windows 95 and while I'm appreciative of some of the guides I've found on here, I find they're not comprehensive enough and they tend to be old as well. Is there any newer guides with a full explanation on how to setup a network for windows 95 on dosbox.

There's probably still no cd-rom support as well I'd assume?

Pretty much everything runs. OpenGL sound and everything's good. Maybe higher res with widescreen would ideal with the driver or dosbox daum version.

Thanks.

A quick blow off doesn't help. It runs fine and network setup is documented.

You need a dosbox Version with ne2000 patch.

I played some network games between dosbox and real Dos machines..

I'm installing windows 95c on my windows xp partition. It's looking like the network is getting detected on bootup. I'll let everyone interested know how it goes. Hopefully I'll get it working. I don't know if 8.1 64 bit is the problem or not selecting windows to setup the network during the install or even the dosbox config (I had a simpler version in a previous setup) was mucking network support. I may write a step by step guide once I get it going.

I Don't unterstand...

how many pc you have and what OS?

And runs win95 on a real pc, or a VM or in Dosbox?

And what would you connect over network?
