Laptop Dell E6540
i5-4300m
8gb ddr3l
intel hd 4600
Windows 8.1

Description of problem: it won't launch from default configuration, BUT I works earlier. Maybe I need to install some additional software, I tried to delete config file and edit it, but nothing helped.
Reproducibility of problem: always

There should be a shortcut on your "Start Menu" to reset your DOSBox configuration, give that a go. Or run the DOSBox exe directly instead of using a shortcut?

It didn't help. I even try to manualy delete config file.

Okay, try changing the output in the configfile.
If that doesn't work. We need some more information about the hardware/drivers (the keyboard section especially)

I changed output from ddraw to opengl and it works now 😀
