Which SB 2.0 Driver disks?

I really like to know the differents between:

Sound Blaster 2.0 CT1350B Installation Disks and Sound Blaster 2.0 Deluxe CT1350B Installation Disks

What makes it so special to use the deluxe driver set? My soundblaster 2.0 card also uses the CMS part.

I see that the Deluxe version drivers are older by date. Does this mean that the newer package are for updating the existing drivers?
