Vermeer load game problem

Hi,
I have a problem with Vermeer game and unfortunately can't find any solution while searching web.
I'm using Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit and pure DOSBox 0.74
Mounted folder with stored old games as C: and folder for saved games as A: (mount a e:\PATH_HERE -t floppy)
When I start Vermeer I can save game (saved file appears in dedicated folder mounted as floppy) but when I try to load it - game crashes to DOSBox.

I would appreciate any help.

Don't mount a separate drive letter for saved games, just mount an A: drive and keep all files there because that's what the game expects.

mount a c:\vermeer -t floppy
a:
vermeer

Game is loading fine.
