I've done some searching but can't seem to find an answer to my problem anywhere. I feel like I discovered this recently but I forget already. I could have been dreaming. Is there a way to get the command prompt to be affected by scalers? Via conf or a command line parameter? I'm trying to set something up on a new system and while the games are scaled fullscreen, the command prompt is a small box in the center of the screen. I know that setting the display to "overlay" is a way around this, but it's not a favourable option on this system. Also, I just simply would like to know how to use scalers on the command prompt like scanlines, etc if possible.
