So I've got ghosting on my Geforce 256, not artifacts per say, it also finishes all benchmarks fine, but the image is ghosting on output, i can't demonstrate it because it looks fine in the frame buffer, its after that the image ghosts. Anyway to fix this kind of problem, I'd actually really like to own a working a Geforce 256 DDR card, its the first one I've ever seen.

Is this via VGA or DVI? (Does the card even have DVI? If via VGA try DVI if available, or TV out if available) Have you tried another cable between the card and monitor?

Old GeForce cards were not paragons of video output quality - this may just be that, or there may be something wrong with the card's connector/wiring.
