I'm looking for an LCD TV or monitor with both composite and VGA inputs,
I have a Tandy CRT which may be dying. I would like to be able to
switch between VGA and Tandy graphics. Price should be around $100 or so.
Any suggestions?

If used is okay, some of the older Dell UltraSharp models (like 2007fpw iirc) support this. No idea what pricing is actually like these days though.

Yes, I have a Dell 2001FP, and it has VGA, DVI, composite, and S-Video inputs. However, it does not upscale composite and S-Video, IIRC. The panel is 1600x1200, so a SNES or PS1 will only display in the center of the panel, with black borders around the image.
