Well, that looks straight out of a TRS-80 Model I or a graphing calculator.

Hey, I did that too with that magazine. Hard to find scans of them, actually - hopefully some website will complete the collection one of these days. 😀

Good call! It's actually a TRS-80 game ported to DOS by the author.
That's Volcano Hunter, and it's not a port to PC, it's more-or-less original game code packaged with a TRS-80 emulator.

Correct! Didn't know about the emulator bit, thanks!
All right, here's a shooter game (hint: not RoboCop) for your guessing enjoyment.
Still a cyborg though, Urban 😉
Free to get if I'm not mistaken, althought I just searched about it and the official/authors site doesn't exist anymore.
The full name is "U.R.B.A.N The Cyborg Project", but close enough. The developer's site is indeed long gone, and it seems archive.org has not retained the zip files.
It's still available for download on some sites but I'm not posting a specific link here, unless someone wants it and can't find it through google. All of them are crap sites with 100 "click here to download" buttons that try to trick you into clicking anything else but what you're trying to get, so be careful. Mind, there is a small (<1MB) version without sound and a larger (~8MB) with sounds.
OK, moving on. Not sure if this is going to be too easy, I recently revisited it and thought to share. Image is obviously cropped:
It looks like Empire Soccer.
It is actually and that's the reason part of the image was cropped. Well done!
Try to guess this one:
Wild guess: Frogger 3D 😉
No, but close 😀
3D Frog Frenzy?
Graphics strongly remind me of it alhtough I can't recall those blue/green tracks and red cars so most probably it's a no...
No, it isn't 3D Frog Frenzy. But it is something with Frog.
Even your very own nickname sounds froggish enough to merit some googling.
No winner this time.
New challenge:
Normality
Normality is the correct answer.
