Wondering if this card should go in my K6-3 over my Geforce2 MX for older 1998 and older game titles, like Starfleet Academy, SimCopter, Unreal, Quake ect.

my card is a Creative 3d Blaster Banshee AGP so I can't use both at once. What are yalls thoughts, is it worth it to use the card for Glide and is the Banshee quick enough to really run glide, and lastly do the 3dfx drivers have 3dnow support for the banshee.

Banshee is a fine choice for a K6-3, similar to a Voodoo2 in speed but capable of higher resolution, more texture storage, and packing an excellent VGA / GUI engine.

it'll be relatively sharper at least, regarding video signal 😀

keep in mind Banshee lacks the multitexturing capability of the Voodoo2. but also keep in mind it doesn't have V2's resolution limits either, so...

I use mine with revolution drivers and 98se. Very good performance on a k6, better than mx. Scores better Than v2 sli and v3 ( don't know why But it does)

I also use a banshee in my K6-3 rig. It's a Creative CT6750. Previously had a GF3 Ti 200 in there but I wanted Glide support and better DOS support.
