I don't remember where I found it originally but I had this tool that'd open Soundblaster IBK's and let me view the instrument parameters and play them back.

It was on my harddrive that somehow went missing during my last breakup, if anybody knows the utility I'm talking about, much appreciated if a working download link is available.

Voyetra Sequencer? It's one of those Voyetra DOS midi editor things...

It wasn't a sequencer, it was literally just a minimal program that let's you load IBK's, create new IBK's, change existing IBK's and test the instruments you programmed.

Had a blue background with cyan text colour scheme, text-mode based program.
