I've found the true number of this board and it lead me to this ...

Those are professional resellers - having a totally different target audience (see warranty).
You can find virtually almost any old hardware that way.

This is the OEM version of the card ... i've seen a lot of place that have a lot of them like more than a hundred ... nobody will buy these ...
