I'm in the buying process of a AWE32 ... which one should i take ... and why? Does these 2 have opl3?

Well, I prefer Plug and Play devices, so I would get the PNP AWE32

If all is going right ... i intent to pair it with a GUS Max ... it's will be probably better if i config both manually.
