Amibay, Vintage-computer... I'd be interested, but I guess you're half way around the world 😉
Visit my AmiBay items for sale (updated: 2025-08-01). I also take requests 😉

yea im in DFW Texas 🤣
Depends on what old stuff you have.
You might not have time for it now but, maybe some day again the retro bug might bite you and then you have nothing to play with 🤣
I'm keeping my K6-3, My Opteron, and my Athlon 800 the other parts are just in the way
If they are Netburst and up I usually try to max them out as much as I can with parts on hand and put a Linux distribution with some basic/free productivity programs on them. Then I give them to people I know that want/need such a system.
Main pc: Asus ROG 17. R9 5900HX, RTX 3070m, 16gb ddr4 3200, 1tb NVME.
Retro PC: Soyo P4S Dragon, 3gb ddr 266, 120gb Maxtor, Geforce Fx 5950 Ultra, SB Live! 5.1
You people need to get larger living quarters! 😁 Stuff that seem to just be gathering dust now could come in handy in 15 years or so. Box, tag and put in storage.
When it comes to Netburst stuff I agree with ODwilly though, if you can find someone who will use it then great!
New PC: i9 12900K @5GHz all cores @1.2v. MSI PRO Z690-A. 32GB DDR4 3600 CL14. 3070Ti.
