How to enable cache on TI SXL-40 CPU?

I have a TI SXL-40 CPU that I am using on my PC Chips M321 V2.7 board, there is no option in the bios to enable internal cache. I installed the Cyrix cache software from the driver library but when it loads it tells me it can't load it. I don't know what to configure in the software. Anyone know what I need to do? thanks.
