They are full of BS and just trolling everyone, the magnitude of pictures possible in which they claim to be generating as 1000x800 4-bit greyscale images is 4^(1000x800) which is a 481,648 digit number.
The number of atoms in the universe is estimated at only 10^80 an 81 digit number. The storage space required for all these pictures is 3,200,000 * 4^(1000x800) a 481,655 digit number.
You would need roughly 6,020 universes encoding each photo onto all the atoms available to store this amount of pictures.

If it's not available for purchase now, then it'll be available for purchase later.

Patience is a virtue. Ghost 8 is not Bioforce Ape and neither are all the "R@RE L@@K" pc games you might find.

I don't think it being available at some indeterminate amount of time in the future should count. It is their own fault that people want it and it isn't unavailable.
They lose profit either way so what difference does it make?

Legally, if it's still under copyright and you download it in contradiction of the license, it is warez. Morally, I draw my line on what is currently available.
If I can walk into a store and buy it, I won't download it. If it's on amazon, I won't download it. But it if is something old and not available new,
it's not hurting anyone to download it "illegally"

And no matter what, piracy and theft are *not* the same thing.
