I own an Atari 800XL. It is a problem to get software for such machines on real mediums (floppies / tapes ) , but there are great options for this: SIO2PC and SIO2SD projects - you can download any floppy/casette images from the internet, and feed it to the Atari by modern interfaces (like SD Card in case of SIO2SD - I use it myself).

What you're doing has a name. It's called software piracy and not encouraged here. Buy legal copies.

That's easy to get. The only stuff that is a problem to get is the old commercial stuff that's out of print. Please read the original post.
